Every day a free card model to download and build. For children, parents and other young folk...
With BONUS - more than just the usual 24 days!!!

I'm happy if you like this advent calendar!

A little help:

  • Print on heavier than normal paper, 150gr/m³ are perfect.
  • Dotted lines are easier to fold when they had been embossed, e.g. with a knitting needle.
  • Some times cutting is easier when done in two steps: first cut roughly around the part, then make it exactly...
  • Part numbers are black, red-violet numbers indicate, what part should be glued to this flap.
  • The order of parts is a hint, in which order the model can be put together easily.

BITTE...

https://www.gumhold.com/paper_free/index.html

PLEASE... Some rules of fairness!

  • Don't link directly to the model files! Only links to THIS PAGE are ok. I don't earn money with the models, let me see how many paper model fans are interested in my models.
  • Don't copy the model files to other web sites!
  • Commercial reproduction without my written allowance beforehand is forbidden. This includes printed copies or digital distribution over whatever online or offline channels!

Why this calendar?

I love to construct and build card models and hoped a long time for a bigger project - here it is. Hoping to get kids too to build card models, attracting people to this great hobby would be what I intended.
The models had been created and given away before. I just couldn't come up with so much new work this year... but added some new color variants.

Why free downloads?

Why not? I like making people happy and hope to add a bit to the culture of giving. Btw, I built free models from other folk from the internet too and had great fun with it.

Why then a donation button?

Since years I'm giving away free card models on my card model webpage

https://www.gumhold.com/paper_free/index.html

There I asked for a postcard, if one likes the models.
After far more than 35.000 downloads (end of 2022) I only got as little as maybe 17 or 18 postcards in total over the years. So I thought, maybe people today want to thank in other ways?
You want so send me a postcard, email or even photos of your built results - fine!
BTW: Webspace does not come for free - as I didn't want adds and data spys watching you as my guests.

Why 300dpi?

Better print results and the possibility to upscale the models result from the higher resolution, even if the file sizes increase. I hope, that's ok with you...
